Shipping
All orders areprocessed and shipped the next business day after the system receives theorder, yet customized orders will be shipped in 3-4 weeks upon receiving theorder.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (TAIWAN)
Every shipmentwill require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 2-5 business day for yourorder to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF TAIWAN)
All internationalorders are shipped via DHL. It takes about 3-7 business days, exclude the timeof customs clearance.

Duties and taxesare not included in the total at checkout. Due to different standards of importtariffs, actual duties and taxes will be determined by customs of destinationcountry based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold.
