We accept returns for unworn items under its original condition with full packaging that were purchased directly from www.rr-preloved.com
To return, please follow the steps below:
Email us at rrpreloved@j-yfashion.com within 7 working days after the date of delivery of the products, with the subject as "Return_your order number". Please provide your proof of purchase and reasons for returning the product(s). If it’s a defect claim, please be sure to attach clear photo for determination.
Once approved, please secure the product(s) with original packing materials in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Send the parcel with tracking service (local post will do), as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please note that rr-preloved.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. Mail the package to the following contact: rr-preloved.com Return Dept. 7F., No.51, Xing'ai Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City 114067, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Notify us when the parcel’s shipped and provide us the tracking information.
Please note:
Cost of shipping and return shipment will not be refund.
Do NOT indicate jewelry or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and confirmation at our studio back to the card for payment.
